VP Media Solutions provides the services described on the rental, BM and verification pages. Before payment parties confirm the actual contracting identity, scope, recipient, supported network, tax/invoice treatment and responsibilities in writing. No invented registration, address or governing jurisdiction is claimed.

Standard 3%, Special from 5%; no setup fee/security deposit; first top-up from $500. Cashback: Silver 0.5% for $50,000 to below $200,000; Gold 1% from $200,000. One tier, reconciled eligible spend excluding fees/refunds/reversals; monthly USDT settlement. BM ranges $1,000–$2,000 / $20,000–$100,000 are indicative, subject to diligence and lawful transfer. Verification assistance $50 USDT.

Operational targets: onboarding under 1 hour; top-up 15 minutes to 2 hours at peak after confirmed funds; first response 10 minutes on 24/7 Telegram; BM evaluation 24h/closing 24–48h; verification preparation/submission 6–12h after prerequisites. These are not Meta guarantees. Mandatory local rights remain applicable.
